Well I started my foreign mission response to HF’s calling by following Job pattern. In 1975 God, through SMM called me to travel to the Philippines to call the people there to leave their fallen ways, bring purification and determine themselves to serve the Lord of the Second Coming by building a "Foundation to Receive the Messiah, I unfortunately refuse to unite with that calling. |
| In a ceremony to pick the nations the 1800 blessed couples would travel to by lottery, which allowed HF’s Spirit to choose which nations, I picked the Philippines and my wife picked the Bahamas. |
However because I was more focused on my recent “holy marriage” to my wife, Nanette and because I had become over the past year quite trusting in her guidance as a sister 2 years elder in the movement to me and more knowledgeable in DP and internal guidance, I rejected God’s calling to focus on Him only and the nation He called me to go to. I could not accept the idea of my spiritual guiding friend and now wife being on the complete opposite side of the world and thus used a connection to top leadership to reject my chosen nation of the Philippines and draw for a new nation drawn from the remaining nations. Well, like Job, God had a secondary “preparatory course” n store to straighten me out in my focus, willingness to go His way and grow determination to fulfill HF’s needs; |
I exchange the nation of the Philippines for Kuwait and from the day of my arrival in Kuwait it was a story of developing an iron will to fulfilled God’s calling and literally survive in a nation of a different language, religion and culture; I had to totally abandon my past, my ways of thinking and acting and thus my story in Kuwait is part of the Philippine History. |
| In brief and the full testimony can be found at……I carried the Koran around and stopped thinking in terms of the bible quotes, taught from Koranic quotes, spoke Arabic, dressed in full Arab garb, chose to stand with God in full moral purity and thus walked about proclaiming “I was a True Muslim” and those around me had to become “True Muslims. |
I was the only western person I was in contact with for two years in Kuwait and I was well aware that at any moment I could be sharing my religious thought with a deportation official or policeman for they all appeared the same under head-to-toe white Arabian clothing; this meant I had to become spiritually open, guided by HF, ancestors and protected by metaphysical forces. My mission demanded the capacity to communicate the Divine Principles core understanding with the Islamic, Nomadic, Kuwaiti, a short distance from Mecca, the center of 1.7 billion Muslims and thus I had to extensively study Islam and write the Divine Principle from their religious and cultural perspective. |
| My academic background and capacity in all areas relating to authoring a book being extremely weak meant that I had to rely on being “spiritually open” and guided by God in writing the DP from an Islamic perspective which included the Restoration History of the Parallel Course of Abrahams descendants; frankly I have little memory of writing a solid book of nearly 300 pages with amazing insights into Islam Restoration History. I would say I was caught up in the spirit often in Kuwait and have so many testimonies of such. |
In the end I had over 100 young adults studying DP, many spiritual children, was discussed about in the Kuwait Parliament on “what to do about this guy”, called into the office of the National Minister of Education and informed I was the worst person to enter their country (because of the threat I possessed to their women learning of the equality to men from the nature of God creating men and women in his image). I was arrested, tortured, and imprisoned. Through this experience in Kuwait I was molded by God into a spiritually open guy, purified by torture and prison into humbleness to do God’s will at the risk of my life. |

| The study of Islam and metaphysical writing of the book on the numerological restoration of Ishmael’s descendants and parallel time periods of Mohammad’s courses plus the shocking reality of my own life starting to fall into numerological time periods caused me to start thinking in a framework of organizing my life and mission work around condition making time periods. |
For example, after spending 3 days in solitary confinement in Kuwait’s secret police prison I was released into the general population prison for 3 hours but then after contacting a key Kuwait core disciple, I was brought back into solitary confinement and found myself in prison for a total of 21 days. Because of this I realized I could not just travel to the Philippines to join my wife to help her with the mission there, but had to spend a 40 day condition caught up in a spiritual focus on Kuwait, as Jesus spent 40 days focused on his disciples and the physical world before moving on into the extensive spirit world. |
| This caused me to make a 40 day condition of prayer and thought on my spiritual children and mission nation Kuwait while traveling by bus, train and motorcycle over many nations to reach the Philippines rather than just jumping on a plane.
